Job Title: Housekeeper Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. The role involves ensuring a clean, hygienic, and welcoming environment for our guests by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness across all areas.
Responsibilities
- Ensure cleanliness of guest rooms, guest room balconies, corridors, linen rooms, and housekeeping pantries in line with company standards and procedures.
- Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
- Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and showers/bathtubs.
- Clean and disinfect kitchen surfaces, appliances, and utensils.
- Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly.
- Change bed linens and make beds neatly.
- Manage laundry services and maintain stock levels.
- Notify management of any repairs or maintenance needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous housekeeping experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
